  We've had several rooms remodeled by Vision including a new deck. The workers were friendly and courteous. The quality of the work was outstanding. I would recommend Vision Home Enterprises to anyone wanting detailed, professional workmanship. I will definitely use them again.

  We had Vision put an addition on our house which included Vision putting a new roof on the rest of the house. When it came time to do the roofing portion of the work, I specifically requested that they reflash the chimney or at least pay close attention to this area in the process. Unfortunately, our roof has been leaking ever since.Part of the addition to the house also included a new basement room. Again, unfortunately, the room was not completely waterproofed and we just spent $4000 to have a sump pump installed. Vision also failed to properly level the subfloor in the addition before installing our flooring and we have experienced bouncing floors ever since We may have asked Vision to step outside their comfort zone when we tasked them with a more complex project than they were used to. Shortcuts were taken and we have paid the price. I would not recommend their services.

  Let me first state that we at Vision Home Enterprises were excited and grateful to work on the ******* ******t project. It was room addition that expanded their kitchen area substantially. As part of the project we did re-roof his entire house. The existing house was to be a nail-over application. The shingles were to be applied over 1 existing layer, which is acceptable. Also, the customer observed this on a daily basis and had no issue with it. We contend that the shingles were applied correctly and we stand behind our work. We are ready to respond to any of Mr. ********* needs. It is disappointing that Mr. ******* chose to post this complaint first instead of reaching out to me. It has been almost 5 yrs. since I have heard anything from Mr. *******. I will be glad to reach out to him and address his concerns in a professional manner. With over 1,800 customers in our file we have 0 complaints filed with the BBB until this one. We want to keep that track record of satisfied customers loving our work.
