  I have bought my last 5 or 6 desktop from BTG and have been satisfied. Could I have hoped for more? Probably. Could I have paid more for a reasonably able desktop computer? Absolutely!!Decent computer...Good price. Added up for me so far but I wasn't expecting whiz-bang. Just working hardware and adequate software. That's what I paid a reasonable price for and what I got. They don't get 5 stars because the one time I did look for a little customer support, the attitude of the rep left a little to be desired. Issue was resolved outside their support so for that time no worries. I have not tested beyond that.

  I ordered a refurbished computer from ******, which was less than half the price of the retail *** and it runs great. It had all the necessary programs front-loaded including a trial version of Bitdefender. I am very happy with this product.

  DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a Game Computer from this compay for my 14 year old for his bithday July 1st 2022. After a few weeks with this computer I begin to have issues. I contacted them throuh their first and they never email back or could fix the computer. I am now in the process filing with the ***** Attorney General Consumers trying to get my REFUND!!! I also want to people to be aware of 3rd PARTY vendor on ***********. This company has not complied with what ******* ask them to do to send me a prepaid label to send to them so the refund can be issued. I understand well why the ratings are so low! Please views do not buy from the company. I can even take it a little futhur not to buy from ********** 3rd party vendors they are not much help in assisting with the consumer. I see the customer review ratiings are 1.32/5. They sold me a lemon product and since I have been going back and forth with them I have to request the assistance with the BBB, ***** Attorney General Consumer and ******* * Consumer Investigative Report. I am in total agreement with Jay below please no electronics from this company. I had a warranty with this company and I just found out 2 days ago that it is a 3rd party Tech. The call I made to them concerning the game computer and when they could not trouble shoot and fix the items their reply was for me to take it to a computer place like Best Buy and maybe they can correct the situations. I was let down with this company because this was a birthday gift for my 14 year grandson who birthday was July 1st. I just the BBB to know this is not a good company and before ANYONE buys to have Buyers Beware! I have spoken to ******* no assistance from them it is as though they do not care. The company is not ready to issue the refund even *******. As Jay C and others below their product apparently last 30 days and after that it goes down hill. they are stealing from people. Blair Technology should be SHUT DOWN!

  I bought a computer from them through ******** It worked for about two weeks and they say they have a 30 day warranty but they have ignored my messages.
