    I have all good thing to say. They are quick to respond to any issues, they has reasonable rent prices. They are very professional and respectful. I would recommend renting thru them to anyone looking to rent. Pam and Barb are the best!

    If the operation of my apartment building can be called a success - satisfied owner and happy tenants - it is entirely owing to Pam and her staff. They are highly professional, really good at handling emergencies, and expert at knowing what's needed and what is not. They have a good handle on the market and provide good counsel and judgement, which is a valuable asset.

    Pam and her team were wonderful with my rental property. They were fast, thorough, and handled everything for me. They even added a special clause to our agreement to pay the taxes and insurance for me since the property was paid off (and I didn't have escrow paying it for me).My tenants even went into hardship while staying there leading up to the holidays, and Pam got them into a rent assistance program that allowed them to stay in the house through Christmas and into the new year. I was glad they did go into the program, as I continued receiving rent while they figured out where their new home was going to be.I highly recommend Pulse Property Management as a fellow real estate investor. I went through a few other options, and none of them even compared to Pam and her team.
