      Recently used AnyWeather Restoration after the subzero wind chills in December of 2022 caused a pipe to bust in my home while we were out of town. They removed the carpet and some drywall and after a week of going back and forth with the owner, they removed the rest of the affected areas. They had an electrician come out and evaluate my electrical panel, who stated that it was fine. After weeks of asking for them to have an electrician come reevaluate my electrical panel due to rust and corrosion appearing on the breakers, they never sent anyone out. Also, while they were estimating for the repairs, they stated that they would come out before the estimate was finalized and go over everything to make sure it was all correct. They finalized the estimate without going over it with us, and stated reviewing it is not normally how they operate. They ended up leaving off of the estimate our front door, as well as carpet and padding for our finished basement. After approximately 5 or 6 weeks of not hearing anything, we called the person we thought we were supposed to be working with, he informed us that we were in contact with the wrong person. When I asked if i could have the number of the person we were supposed to be in contact with, he refused to give me their number. After stating our displeasure of the lack of communication on their part, we received a very rude and arrogant phone call from the person we were "supposed" to be working with, stating that they could no longer work with us, and they felt like they could not make us happy. After the very rude phone call we cut ties with this company. After hiring a new contractor, they came to reevaluate my electrical panel like I had been asking AnyWeather to do, and found copious amounts of water still in my electrical panel and electrical breakers, 3 months after AnyWeather stated my electrical panel was okay to use. Wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend this company.
