    Mr. Keith does not like to call you back after you’ve bought your furnace. I’ve had to call for three days and still nothing my furnace is only a year and a half old. The first day they just don’t answer all day the second day they said they would get with me the next day between nine and 9:30 in the morning Come the next day they never showed up never called me and my husbands been blowing their phone up and he refuses to answer it. Tonight‘s getting very cold I’ve waited three days I don’t like a company that does not answer your phone calls and blows u off. I don’t know what he thinks he’s doing I’m still under warranty . I did have a leak because it was not hooked up right he said it was fine condensation then it got so bad it flooded out all my corner of my storage room and the son said the hose was not hooked up then he looked at me and said are you still under warranty or do I charge you a service charge. A service charge because you didn’t hook something up right and it destroyed some of my stuff.
