Worst experience ever.... The first day they were supposed to come, showed up at 3:15 and texted saying they would come the next day. I missed 3 unpaid days of work waiting on someone to show up. not counting the two unpaid days I had to miss for them being there. They had charged me 1200.00 and I asked for pictures to show me what they were charging that for and still never got the picture. They didn't tell me I owed the 1200.00 until after I contacted their corporate office. The first time my inside trim had lots of water stains on them. I had to call and complain about that. They fixed the water stains and now my trim has a lot of nails showing. I told them I want to cancel my door order that has been on back order for about two months and was told I couldn't do that. Every time I called the women Lauren was really rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. They always showed up late, if they showed up. and kept adding money on. They left their mess on my property and my neighbor's property for two weeks. The job should have only taken two days, three at the most. And I am still waiting. This has been going on since August. Between double French doors, 11 windows, and an entry door 20,000.00. not including I had wanted a storm door as well, which was never emailed with the window and door contracts.

I'm truly sorry that you have had a bad experience with your job. Unfortunately, some jobs do require extra work because we don't always know the conditions of your existing windows and/or doors when we quote the job. On 11-13-23, a very detailed account of what we were charging extra for was emailed to you. I apologize if you never got the pictures but those are on the way to you today. The wood trim was not done very well at first (no doubt) but AJ and Damian came out to fix that and AJ walked you through the house and showed you what we did for each window. Your words on the signed Certificate of Completion were "the trim was awful until AJ and Damian came out and fixed it". To me that means you're satisfied. As for the nail holes, that's what wood filler and paint is for. We don't paint or stain. It's very clear on our contracts. As for adding money, we only did that once and it was fully explained. The installer could have definitely cleaned up better after himself and I apologize for that. No excuses there. He has been reprimanded for that . The length of the job certainly was extended past the normal 2-3 days with the extra work necessary, but I agree that it took way too long. I apologize for that as well. Admittedly, we could've made some changes to make this whole process go smoother and I regret that it didn't. Unfortunately, not every job goes smoothly or everybody would be in this business.
