Ben Lamb/Treeman does not complete work as promised, will damage your property in the process of doing subpar/incomplete work and will be a nightmare to work with in trying to get damages resolved (they were never resolved for us). Buyer be ware.

On December 11, 2021, after the tornado devastated portions of Bowling Green, KY, I watched volunteers clean up my yard. 2 trees came down in the middle of my house, and at least 15 other trees had been ripped up by the winds or sheared off. A woman approached asking if I needed help, and pointed out that the volunteers would not be able to take the trees off the house. My instructions were to take the 2 trees off the house and the volunteers would do the rest since FEMA would remove debris from the streetside. I left to pick up coffee and hot chocolate for the volunteers. Big Mistake!
When I arrived, I saw Ben Lamb with a chainsaw.
The following week the Insurance Agent called asking if I had seen the bill. I had not and responded it couldn't be more than $4000-$5000 since it was only 2 trees, a crane, and 1 1/2 hours of work. $32,000!!! claiming he cut 8 trees when he was not authorized to handle anything other than those 2 on the house. Other neighbors were charged $10,000 per tree for trees that volunteers could have handled since they were down and only needed to be cut up and moved to the street. One neighbor received a $50,000 bill and he wasn't even supposed to be in her yard. He almost started on a neighbor's house without permission, and she had to enlist her tree removal company to intervene.
My insurance check was delayed and that unleashed a torrent of threats by text and emails about liens and court. I filed documents with the Attorney General's office for harassment. There were over 15 complaints filed with the KY Attorney General's office for price gouging and insurance fraud due to Lamb's actions after the tornado. He claimed the volunteers and their equipment at my house were his expense, and claimed a fee for hauling off debris when he did not. Lamb is not a nice person and if insurance is involved, stay away from him.
