    Renters Beware.. I initially rented this home , paid the deposit, paid my pet deposit, 6 months later Humble Homes LLC bought out the contract. Upon leaving the place.. they stole my deposit by claiming I did Damage that was in the home before I moved in. They even charged me for the blinds I bought and put up. Upon trying to negotiate with them they refused to even see my evidence. I am a disabled Veteran, they claim to be A veteran owned company… that’s a joke.. A real veteran would not treat another vet this way … Be very careful when dealing with this company, fraudulent!!!!!!! Dishonorable!!!!!!

    Trying to rent out a house with molded and exposed subfloor in the bathroom, a non-functioning bathroom sink, holes in cabinets and a cockroach infestation. They force tenants to accept these conditions in the lease and take advantage of families that can't afford better. Avoid like the plague.
