  Opened an account on 26 April. They told me I would receive my trash can in 1 to 15 days. Today is day 17 and I have not heard from them. I called twice today with no response.

  I just started getting services with them June 28th when I moved. I told them I needed a new container and I called today to tell them I found a container to the apartment and that it was destroyed with paint looks like some kind of residue that you just can’t clean off. The wheel won’t turn. I called requesting a new can with my new services and the lady told me no I couldn’t get one unless I wanted to pay 70 dollars. I haven’t had the service for a week, I would think I could get something that is clean and works.

  This company has the worst customer service I have experienced. They do not come on the scheduled days and then give no credit for services not performed. They do not give notification if they are not coming either. This has happened repeatedly. When you call they will claim a supervisor is not available to speak with to help remedy or explain their failure to provide service yet charge you for completing the service. If you have any other option, please use them! They need to be held accountable for their theft of services.

  Trash not picked for days at a time with no notice. Difficult to contact to discuss issues. Moved to new home and it had been relyed to by neighbors and customers of Scott Waste that Scott Waste does not pick up trash on the scheduled days.

  was a customer for 14 years and Scott Waste decided two weeks ago that they wanted me to take my cans to another road to pick up, even though they have picked up from the same place for 14 years (my house). After calling customer service for over a week and promised each time to get a call back from a supervisor, I was once again let down. Therefore, I have now cancelled my service and decided to go another route. I have been a loyal customer and have not gotten the same back from Scott Waste. It is a shame to have a business that operates in this manner.

  It's pretty much a crap shoot as to whether our garbage will be picked up or not. We are now going on 5 weeks without a pickup. I have called numerous times and keep getting the run around. The driver is logging that he is picking it up. Liar! I have camera footage of it being at the end of our driveway. The customer service reps say they will call back and never do. Over $200 a quarter and this is the kind of crap we have to deal with.

  There commercial account representative is terrible. Nothing is ever processed correctly. Cancelled my bill 1/5/23 but they didn't cancel my commercial. I've celled them 3 times to cancel it now and its 3/13. Glad I didn't need my refunds. It took me 42 minutes of extra calls to get them cancelled.

  For the past six mos. the driver isn't picking up the trash on Friday as scheduled but come Saturday or like last week not at all. When the company is called get reports of not enough workers, training workers, etc. We have to pay the bill but have poor service. No acceptable.

  They were supposed to pick up our trash Friday. They sent a email saying they would be here Saturday. It's now Sunday and they still haven't been here. You can't get a hold of them they NEVER CHECH THEIR EMAILS. THEY ARE VERY RUDE WHEN YOU DO COMPLAIN BUT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING OUR MONEY.
