    Horrible experience. I paid 1600.00 for 2 radios for 2 cars. I wanted the “smart radios” so I could have an all in one system. They quoted me a dollar amount for a brand X radio but I saw they had Sony for the same price so I asked if they could do those instead and they agreed. I asked if with that set up I’d have my blue tooth, satellite and back up camera in one they said yes. They installed both and when they showed me it was done, we had no backup cameras or microphone connected. I inquired and the manager “Patrick”, said that there must have been a “miscommunication” because those cameras didn’t come with back up cameras and that they “overlooked” the microphones. So, we had to make an appointment to come back another day because they had to order the parts for the cameras. Mind you we had to drive an hour and a half to come back and do this. When I came back they installed the cameras and then we noticed that my satellite was not connected. Again, he said I had to come back another day for to get a “part” for the satellite. I sat and waited there for 3 hours to get this connected. So far we have an extra 9 hours of driving not to mention gas and time invested in this. Then, I noticed that the rear speakers in my car were not working. I put the fader all the way to the rear and there’s no sound. I called and again, Patrick says, “just swing back and we will look at it”. Now I’m upset because at this point this is just down right costing me way more money in time away from work and has to get this right the first time. I asked if they could do a feeebe to make up for this and Patrick said that he could only give me a discount on a tint. At this point, I want a full refund and they can take their crap back. A customer should not have to travel to a business three times and have to go through all this for money well spent.
