Does sloppy work. Work below par. Lots of leaks. Not reachable by phone, message or text. Would not recommend.

Randy Sweazy is now an admitted thief having plead guilty to 15 felony counts (it is open record) in Nelson County district court to theft by deception and fraud for stealing from his clients. There is also an article about it in the Kentucky Standard for anyone who is interested in the truth about this man and his business. Worst experience of my life. He also failed to provide valid proof of insurance after claiming to be fully insured.

Well since the Judge threw all of this out on Thursday, I am no longer guilty of anything. I did not plead because of guilt, I took the deal because of my 89 year old mother. I would not do anything to hurt her, and I would give anything to spend the last few years of her life with her. We now go to mediation, which is where this should have been in the firs place. And if the KY Standard was the least bit fair in their reporting, they would have contacted my attorney to get a statement from us... So see you in mediation ....

Owner Randall Sweazy is facing criminal charges for alleged fraud related to Backyard Oasis business practices. There are multiple people who are working on years with deposits paid and no work done. We personally paid a $25k deposit and have quite literally nothing but a brochure to show for it.

Lets start with addressing the lies in your review. Only ONE is waiting "years: for their pool. This client has been under construction for 2 years, because of specific issues that he isn't telling anyone about, that have no bearing on my company. This is based on actual construction issues and other vendors that delayed his build. During his dig, a live spring was hit causing major delays of months while new plans, designs and remedies were decided upon. A typical pool takes about 80 ton of gravel, he has over 400 tons around his pool. Specific issues solely related to his build caused his delay. Now for your claim you gave a deposit for you pool to be built in the summer of 2022, which was last year. We were not even late starting your pool when you started and joined this bandwagon. As a matter of fact, 6 of the people in this were supposed to start construction in 2022 and a few weren't even scheduled to start sometime until after July. I DO NOT give actual start or end dates. I give approximate dates. We were only late because you wanted your pool finished, not contractually late. So your complaint and review is actually invalid since I wasn't even behind schedule on your pool. I was building faster than the industry standard due to Covid. Heres a few more FACTS for you... You didn't even sign your contract until sometime around mid October 2021, with an anticipated beginning construction date of Spring or summer of 2022. You joined this process in JULY 2022. Not hardly a breach of contract. As a matter of fact I had 3 under construction at the time with your next to start. So get your Facts together...

"Lets start with addressing the lies in your review. Only ONE is waiting "years: for their pool. This client has been under construction for 2 years" - as you stated, we signed a contract in Oct. of 2021 - it's June of 2023 so, yes, we are WORKING on 2 years at this point. I still don't have a pool or a anything to show for my deposit to date. If you were above board, you'd have refunded the deposit at this point.

Yes because you filed fraudulent legal claims against me and I couldn't work on your pool in 2022 when your pool was supposed to be started. There was no guaranteed start date on your pool. But the agreement was spring summer of 2022, once I completed the pools in front of you. You filed legal action in July 2022. I was actually building 4 pools at the time you did this. Yours was next in procession. So NO your pool was not and is only now "years" behind because of your jumping the gun and not waiting your turn. Behind schedule, yes, stealing your money, NO!. But now we are in mediation and we will see what happens!
