    I closed on my home on 10/16/2022 and have a 1 year warranty with Gaffney Custom Homes. They resolved 2 issues after several months and now refuse to respond to my other claims which are drywall issues, pooling water inside my garage causing the garage door frame to rot and kitchen cabinets that are delaminating. The contractors said they would be on site and never showed. The contractor for the garage issue said the door seal is working too good, I guess it is a one way seal because it let's water in but not out....... I have reached out directly to Philip Gaffney multiple times via phone call and text begging for help with his contractors and never receive any response even though I have clearly stated the warranty issues I am having. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint because I feel that I do not have anywhere else to turn.
