We paid full price for a table and 2 dressers. Kept getting the run around when they would be done. He kept canceling for us to pick them up. Stated multiple times they were ready. Then they weren’t. This went in for a few weeks. Finally got our table and he would not give a refund for the dressers. Said he would get them done. Well that never happened either. So he said he would refund out money. That was only after I had to get nasty. Gave us half of what we were owed and has been dodging me for the past 10 days. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything from him.

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband reached out to Derek March 2022 to make a piece of furniture. My husband paid the full amount when he ordered. Fast forward to February 2023 and we have yet to receive what we paid for. He also did the same to another family member.

Agreement was made upon both parties on product measurements, design, and time for product to be finished by. A $800.00 deposit requested from business owner and sent from buyer on March 2022 for product to be completed by May 2022. Fast forward to August 2022 and product is finally completed but wrong measurements and design. When buyer confronts owner about product not fitting in the bedroom it was being purchased for buyer was told "to bad" and that in that line of business the $800.00 deposit covered the material to make bedroom set. Meaning I was pretty much not getting my money back for his mistake. It's not right for a buyer to put down a down payment like that and because he made the product way to big and the incorrect design for that buyer to be out that kind of money. I am a single mom who was trying to surprise her 8 year old daughter with a bedroom makeover. Now I'm out $800.00 and she never got her birthday present.
