    This business is a scam! They will sell you products that are not even close to the original item and then give you made up policies and terrible customer service. FALSE ADVERTISING. JoyPlayLand is not a business but a money making machine that sells poor quality and falsely advertised items.

    I would do 0 stars! My husband ordered orthopedic shoes, they arrived after 3 or more weeks and size 11.5 Xtra wide were about a size 9 regular. They refused to allow a return and said the maximum refund is 15%. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    Stay away from this company Gumaxx. I ordered 2 neck rest for long trips. They took my money, sent me 1 neck rest with no receipt in bag. So I couldn’t get my money back. Please peoples check with BBB before you order from these so called companies on line. Yasmin T*******
