We had a shower installed, was told it had a lifetime warranty. When installed they talked us out of what we wanted and made it fit their needs. we have had them out 3 or 4 times to look at a sealing issue and still nothing is done after about 6 months of this. The last guy even said why is that like that talking about a makeup piece of molding. Don't know you folks installed it that way. So we spent $16000 for something we are not happy with and basically getting no support on. Give me about half my money back call it good and I will get someone else to finish the work right.

I believe I was missed in the product I was getting. I had 17 windows put in my house. I was told they were replacement windows, now me being a nurse, I know nothing about construction. So I was under the impression I was getting all new windows. Come to find out I got just inserts. Had I known they were inserts I would not have paid $28,000 for them. And I have had to have them out repeatedly to fix multiple things with the windows.

We had work done on facia and soffits and they did excellent work. The thing we were upset about is we were told if we signed that day, they would give us a free trip. We never sign on the first day, but we decided to go ahead and do it to get the free trip. We found out you pay for about everything, from the travel there to a lot of the other costs. We thought about the cruises first, but the cost was from $189 to $659 depending on how long and where the cruise was. You would still have to pay for a hotel the night before, excursions, and tips, etc. Then we decided to do condos for our family. We have 11 and it is only good for 8. The cost goes from $199 to $349 per week depending on the amount of bedrooms (only for 3). It can be higher if on holidays and peak seasons and requests made under 30 days. It is not like a regular scam, but it felt like 1. Just be careful if they try to pull it on you.

My windows were installed in December and about a week later I received a call to follow up on how the job was done and I told the person who called that some of the outside work was not done correctly. The caulking was done unprofessional and dirty; I was suppose to receive a follow up call in 35 days and as of now I have not heard from Woodbridge. I am very unhappy and disappointed.
