"I put my cart out at 930am on April 3 2024 and my trash was never picked up so I left my cart out till the next week which is today and since they didn't pick it up last week I had 2 extra trash bags and when they finally picked it up they didn't pick up the 2 bags and they left trash all over my curb and in my trash cart. So I called and they said that me and my cameras on my house are lying about it being out at 930 on the 3rd and that there a perfect company that doesn't make mistakes and told me I need to shut up and accept the fact that there not picking up our trash and I can either deal with it or go somewhere else that they don't care what there customers say and they are always right." ...
