"Absolutley horrible customer service and follow up, first it took over 2 months just to get them to respond this year, then had to wait another 4 weeks also, EDISON installed the transformers (2) and electric, the electric line does not power up, I had ti improvise and add an extension cord to another outlet, on 6/24/2024, they finally shoed up, both employess were obnoxious from beginning, started out immediatly stating they will not repair the power they are not electricians, when they installed the equipment they installed the lights and ran electrical to each, I also reported the one light does not work at all, no repair done, the owner of the business was obnoxious, blaming the customer for what HIS employess suggested, not us, they offered it up, if you did not receive any funds then you need to ask your staff, they received it, in addition the owner claims his solution is to not do business together any longer? That is his solution to a problem caused by his staff, I will never recommend them and will continue to express my thoughts for the horrible customer service and follow up."
