"They have this ridiculous NIS fee or whatever it is $30 they've done it to me three or four times now I'm a disabled veteran I had an accident Lost my card and they do this ridiculous fee haven't even been in the place in 12 months they've billed me every single month for 12 months haven't used the place then they overcharge you with late fees when you have an accident no reason at all with the people running the place unreasonable"
