    The owner was scheduled to come last weekend to put a new roof on but the high winds stopped it, then we were scheduled to get the roof this weekend and he said nothing, I messaged Thursday and heard nothing, messaged Friday and ghosted my messages then said he messaged his roofer but no answer and that he can't understand him because he speaks Spanish. Then when I called to find out where they were he said, he doesn't really do roofs and he was doing us a favor. He cussed us out and said we're on our own. Now we have no roof and have to start all over again with the process. He is a very smooth talker and will try and make you think he is the best and cheapest.
