Before a month ago I would have highly recommended. but since then they screwed up an oil change on my brand new car causing me to take it to the dealership for repairs. My engine could have blown up, but the mechanics I work for made me park my car immediately. Every time I call about them paying me back for their mistake I get blown off.

Dropped off car, said it would be done next day. Went by right before closing of next day. Not only did they not even start on it, they never called to tell me so. I had a few choice words with the so called mgr., Patrick. Guess I hurt his feelings, he called the next morning, saying come pick up your car, we don't wanna work on it. Ok, thanks for wasting my time.

Mr. Rodriguez had dropped his vehicle off after closing on Tues, for a coolant sensor issue, we had ran into an issue that this vehicle has multiple coolant temp sensors, the temp sensor that was order from the dealership was not the one we needed, by the time we got the correct temp sensor it was mid afternoon, the repair takes 4.5 hrs, We are a very busy shop and I am the only person up front so yes I did not get a chance to call him to explain that it would not be done that day, occasionally we run into issues with vehicles that end up taking longer than expected, anyway Mr. Rodriguez came in while I was helping another customer and had gotten irate, yelling and cussing and throwing a fit, I tried to explain the parts issue that we had and it didn't matter to him, I offered to have a loaner vehicle so we could have it done the next morning and he angerly complained about that too, he got upset again when he asked for me to do the labor for free and I told him absolutely not, he again yelled and cussing as he was walking out the door, the other couple inside could not believe how this person was acting, so yes the next morning I told him that after he acted the way that he did, that he needs to take his vehicle somewhere else, I have the right to refuse work if necessary in which I did, this was a no win situation to make him satisfied at all.

Worst place to take your vehicle my truck was there for a month and 2weeks. They didn't fix anything and charged me a little under $500. I took my vehicle to another shop and they had my truck up and running in one day!
