    The mug itself is not my main issue; it's the customer service that is the issue. My star rating applies to the customer service. The Ember mug worked okay for a little while, but then it suddenly stopped. I reached out to customer service multiple times within this past month to no avail. I have resorted to calling the company and leaving a voicemail message for them. Because of the company's lack of customer support, I am seeking a replacement mug with no issue after being neglected of assistance with my Ember mug. The mug doesn't work properly as advertised. It only works on the charging coaster; there's nothing wrong with the charging coaster. The problem I face is with the mug itself.
