    Garner with the State Farm agent agreed to assemble my complete greenhouse kit and doors that the neighbor's grass fire had burn down. Process began in second week of February with a $2500.00 deposit to get on his schedule. The contract signed for labor only was $10,000.00 total for labor. The assembly was postponed till mid June repeatedly saying he put me on his schedule since February. The head of the crue stated: "This is the first greenhouse i have ever done and it is the last one i will ever do with a negative attirude. On the crew was a Urkranian man, named Uri who was learning and made multiple errors in assembly that had taken hours of correction time to correct and re do his mistakes by others on the crew taking apart his misassemies because he wasn't speaking English and following the procures of assembly they had showed him and how to use tools. byacing was put on crocked that i corrected after they finished daily and large fans the same with one installed sideways. Rick Garner said after the contract was signed said there may be additional fees to cover his profit margin. They did not clean up each day so i did and they asked me for drills and my ladder that they didn't have and they took with them after the job was over. i watched them every day of the assembly. Then Rick Garner sent me the bill with an additional $6000.00 added and charged for extras made up. When i asked him about all these overcharges that made no sense he became very angry, justifying them, denied my questioning their validity and exorbitant overcharges. i am taking him to small claims court for all of $6000.00 overcharge + whatever the judge decides for my own work in multiple corrections because of the Ukrainian trainee times learning and having to correct his mistakes and fans/braces installed sideways. Rick is an intimidating, prevaricator who post pones, has a negative crew chief & overcharges after a contract is signed! Dr. Darryl P****, Psychologist, 40 years!

    Beautiful work. Worth the wait. When I first accepted Garner’s proposal, I signed a paper acknowledging that it will take four to six months before they would begin. And it was within that timeframe, with the weather, etc.
    I truly believe you get what you pay for. They were by far not the cheapest, but worth every penny.
    I am disabled and they cared for and met all those needs, too.
    Without a doubt I would highly recommend them.
