    This office was the worst experience 'I've ever encountered. I needed a copy of my Birth Certificate, in order to renew my Drivers License. Kathryn F********* was the rudest among many In that Dept. I applied 1/23/2023.. She taunted me asked for a letter with that date on it,copy of my expired license, social security card etc.( all items listed had the name change) I explained there was a name change then she said we will wait on that. I flew to Vegas where I rec the Judge Ordered copy on name change March 2000.I rec the copy . I faxed the copy to Kansas 4/2023.. I heard nothing. I week later I contacted the Gov Office. (Lisa R*****) Not much better (Rebecca M******** I think was her name) told me they didn't receive the order form Judge in 2000.( I doubt if she was worked there in 2000). she had attitude. Rebecca I think told me It would be an additional **.00 for a certification! I didn't bother to explain to her the Judge ORDERED the Office of Vital statics to change the name 3/2000 it was paid for then.. This unknowing or just plain mean office with the likes of people F********* give the Dept an awful reputation. My Father was a Tech SGT served this country 22 yrs. Unfortunately he was stationed at F***** Air Force Base when I was born. I now hate I born in such a mean spirited non "Judge" abiding State. I informed the Military The Judges Office( that ordered the name change) to contact them about the correct Birth Certificate.
