"Overall their service is good, but the way they conduct business left a bad taste in my mouth.Just be careful when you OK things over the phone because they will do more than asked and change the price after the ok- They gave me a service I didn't OK and I didn't need, it was something required every 60 thousand miles of which they did for me within the last 30k miles so they knew it wasn't necessary and that upped my bill an unneeded 300 dollars." ...
