I have had CSW do the countertops in my kitchen and vanities. My experience was amazing. The communication throughout the process was incredible. They are the only company I’ve used that has a lead time of only 7 days from template to install. To top off my experience, the installers were polite, knowledgeabler, and meticulous. Being a contractor, I had them quoted a countertop for me and when ready to sign the contract they requoted it for thousands more, saying oh we made a mistake. It cost me $1,500 hundred dollars because I honor my pricing to my customers. They obviously don't. Terrible business practices.

**********************, I apologize for your recent experience. We do everything we can to minimize mistakes on our end, however, we are humans using technology and errors do happen. I admit, this one was a big mistake in terms of dollars. Had we honored the pricing our loss would have been $10K. We offered to call your customer to explain the mistake we made and insure they understood it was our mistake and not yours. That offer was refused. We are not sure what else we could do in this situation. Thank you!
