    Sorry for this bad experience with our tollfree lines . sometimes we receive a large number of calls and thats why many calls goes to voicemail , you can call directly to our manager ***** cell phone number ************ in case of any issue , we tried reacing you today on given phone number but its on voicemail , looking forward to hear from you soon .     call us again and ask for our supervisor ***** and we will fix it without any charge , actually as we have 2 orders into our system and paul was able to see the one which was only for a one year support , call us and we will take care of the issue , Call and ask for Supervisior ***** .     On March 14, 2023 I dialed a ********* ******* ******, as my computer was hacked. It was addressed by a "partner"' company: ******* ************* Services. I gave them access to my computer and they got it working after I signed up for a 3 year service protection in the amount of $399.98 which I paid for with my Credit Card. Since then I spoke with some **** ***** staff at **** *** and they said this was a scam and not a ********* Partner. Is there anything you can do? Thank you in advance.
