"I paid over $2500 for what I thought was bumper to bumper coverage for 36mo/36,000 miles and I find out they don’t cover hoses for the AC. Doesn’t feel like what I was told would be covered when I purchased this coverage and when I call in the phone rep was very rude in telling me this."
