    Did a large $9K+ project replacing a furnace and air conditioning unit. It took me months of continuously contacting him (if he would ever answer his phone or texts) to get him to slowly progress on the project. The project started in May and I am currently in the month of September trying to get him to finish the project. He is 99% of the way done and needs to wire a thermostat and finish up a couple other things. He barely contacts me back, and when he does, he just says "okay" when I ask him to put me on his schedule. On top of all the chaos, I had to personally ask for an itemized list and cost of what he was providing. Not only that, but he also gave me a scheduled set of costs that I was to pay throughout the job. Instead, later he demanded all the money to paid direct to his bank account mid-project. Now I can't get a hold of him, and it sounds like multiple people have had the same issue in the Google Reviews. I can guarantee that I will have to hire someone else, and I can also guarantee they will find multiple things wrong with his work and potentially products that he supplied to me that are not the correct product he charged me for. If I could give a lower rating, I would. This guy is slick and has been getting away with this for years. I wish there was something that would actually happen to stop this instead of all of us just writing reviews and nothing ever comes of it.
