      Stop short of carpeting to the exact edge of room. Denied it was done wrong and refused to correct. Carpet short by 1 and half inch at one corner and 4 inches on the other.

      If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I are building a house and needed about 1500 sf of carpet and laminate flooring installed. As described in other reviews, the sales people are very helpful, until there is a problem. Our install went fairly quickly but as you will see down below, I'm pretty sure the installers have never installed shoe molding before.

      There is a broken piece of laminate that they just ignored and didn't install a new piece. There was a defective piece in the middle of the room that they left installed.

      Additionally, I have surveillance cameras in the house and the installers were wandering around in areas that they had no business going into. One of them also helped themselves to some supplies (cleaning materials) I had on a workbench nearby where they were working.

      I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and schedule corrections. Now I'm doubting that will happen. What a shame.

      Please, if you read this, go somewhere else (My 12 yo could do a better job).
