- I hereby understand that a class or camp is deamed vilable to run, based on the number of students enrolled. Therefore,I understand my childs participation is important to that decision and I agree that all tuition or camp fees are non-refundable unless the class or camp is canceled by Trilogy. If a student chooses to withdrawl from class or camp, the following apply. Students may transfer their class tuition or camp tuition to another 2019 camp for a $25 transfer fee. Class tuition credit may be given if dropped within three weeks of the semester. After three weeks, there is no refund or credit. Students who audition for any main stage show, will not receive any refund or credit if they choose to drop class or the show. Camp tuition may be credited up to two weeks prior to camp. Students dropping camp after the two week deadline, is no longer eligible for a credit, transfer or refund.
I hereby waive and release Trilogy and its officers, agents, volunteers and employees from all acts or omissions resulting in any physical injuries, medical treatment, or other damages to myself or any minors of whom I am parent or legal guardian, resulting from participation in Trilogy programs. I further waive and release Trilogy and its, officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any damages sustained by the aforementioned or any guests of the aforementioned as a result of any condition, act, omission or accident on or at 13715 W 151 Street Olathe, KS 66062 or any other premises upon which any activity related to Trilogy takes place. Photo, Video & Audio Release: I hereby give permission to Trilogy to photograph, video, film and/or audio record my child and/or me. I consent to the use of such materials for all uses including recital videos, class photos and all promotional material, including The Trilogy Web Site.
