    BEWARE! My husband and I hired Handyman Olivera to remodel our basement and his "completed" product was completely unacceptable. They didn't cut the drywall correctly, so there is bare drywall around all the outlets. For some reason he put caulking around all the light switches/outlets and not a single one of them are straight. Drywall screws are already popping out. There are random holes in the walls. The trim around door frame and windows don't line up. And worst of all, instead of making the new slab door fit the frame, he decided to take a wood chisel and crowbar to the door to make it fit AND it still doesn't fit! We went back and forth with Joel Olivera (the owner) for weeks trying to get him to make it right and were told to stop complaining and that we could accept his $400 offer or take $0. Needless to say, it's going to cost us more than $400 to hire another contractor to fix the job we initially hired him for. I really wish I could post photos, so people can see how bad his work is!
