  Midland was incredible from the moment I called to ask a question all the way through completing the project. Aside from their incredible customer service and communication the work itself was incredible and it was done so quickly despite the wearable being suboptimal. I can’t say enough good things.

  The workmen were very polite and worked very hard to complete my window install. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and moved everything back to its location. My new windows are beautiful. If I ever have another project, Midland Exteriors is who I would call.

  I got an estimate about removing my old gutters and installing seamless gutters. They did not remove my old gutter and charged me to do so. I do not have seamless gutters. They leak and are not functional at all. Not squared up to my house. I already paid them and have got no response or money back. At this point I want my all of money back. I have picture's/ the estimate to back up my complaint and a video to show the run off when it rains. As a women I felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company if you are a single mom not knowing the gutter business. saving up for gutters to be so upset with the end result.

  On 6/20/2022 one of our reps went to your home to give you a quote on new guttering. Unfortunately at the time he was unaware that the type of guttering that is on your home also holds down your metal roofing and can't be removed without destroying your roof. On June 21st our crew went out to install your guttering. It was our fault that we did not inform you that the type of guttering that is on your mobile home could not be removed with out damaging your roof. When our office realized that you had prepaid for the guttering and tear off they issued and mailed a refund for not tearing off the guttering. On June 22nd at 5:00 pm I went to your home to discuss options on what could possibly be done to reach you satisfaction. We discussed 3 options for what was possible on your style of mobile home. One of the options was for us to have one of our crews come back out, remove the guttering and issue you a full refund. As I left I asked you to consider the three options and to let us know which direction you would like us to go. We have never received a phone call or any type of communication since that meeting. Please give our office a call to let us know what you would like us to do.

  Your product was to be "seamless" That was the estimate. They are not. If you bid something stand behind your work.
  Seamless means seamless. I have seams, what does water do when it freezes? Expand.
  All of end caps leak worst than ever, I am worried about my wood rotting on my house. It is not even. The sides don't line up with the house.
  Poor quality of work and lack of empathy. People work hard and save money for this and I wanted to stand behind a small business.
  I am embarrassed.
  No I was not informed that I would have two gutters, and not seamless, When you did agree to fix them.
  This is why I got BBB involved waiting on your company to be accountable for your mistake.
  I never was issued a check? Is it the full amount?
  at this point I waited for your company return to fix what was wrong and I have heard nothing?
  I do not trust your craftsmanship, or your word. It's been months for you to fix what was wrong. I hate when it rains, all my mulch runs out.
  I was waiting on your company to reimburse me or fix Your product. It is not FUNCTIONAL at ALL!!!
  I had two witnesses with me, the night you join us. To protect me. I have proof. I wanted to share my complaint with BBB. And get this resolved.
