Consumers allege that soon after purchasing these vehicles, consumers are discovering both major and minor issues with their vehicles. BBB contacted Redline Auto regarding the pattern of complaints and the business cooperated with BBB by responding with the below agreement to eliminate said pattern:
We work hard not to have issues with our products. We also work hard to make sure any problems get fixed. There are three things we (Redline Auto) have implemented to help stop the pattern.
1. We have added more checks to our inspection so we are checking more items and in more depth.
2. We have contracted an outside service shop to perform our inspections on all cars in addition to our own inspection.
3. If for some reason a problem arises that we are not able to fix, we will take the car back 100% and the customer can choose to get another car or simply get their money back.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Every vehicle comes with a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles. If we are not able to fix the problem under this warranty then we will refund the purchase
