    What a change of service. I had the opportunity to have a De Hart Technician come into our home this morning after a call for service as our heater mounted humidifier was not functioning. Tony arrived within one hour. He sat down with us prior to looking at the heater to ensure we knew what to expect both pricing and labor. From there we went to the furnace. His skills and knowledge were very evident as he started to remove this and that from the furnace inspecting this and cleaning that. Tony kept us informed when needed to ensure we knew what may be required. We discussed options while in the basement and Tony's suggestions were well thought out and easy to understand. Once complete with the VIP treatment he went over each suggestion to ensure we understood what may be required in the future. These suggestions were easy to follow and his offer to have an Engineer/Manager from De Hart Plumbing & Cooling come by and explain the options and economics to us for savings and maintenance in the future were fantastic. My reason for the change of service statement in the first sentence was in the past the VIP services were basic cleaning and estimates for repairs/replacements. Tony's service and support today put me back into the De Hart Plumbing & Cooling program. De Hart Plumbing & Cooling you made a superb choice bringing this individual to your team, well done and thank you.
