      I would make this a -5. After installation and paint, it took them 20 more visits to complete the job between Oct 15 and Jan 15. Very disappointed with the project managers- we had 5. ***** asking to speak to an upper manager went to a dead end voicemail. The manager still owes us a coupon he promised to send. Wrong parts were sent out, parts were not brought when promised, parts were not correctly installed, calls were not made. The project was mismanaged the whole way. We were replacing 20 windows and a patio door. Just a horrible experience.

      The tactics used by their sales individual were very deceiving. The manner in which the sales individual presented the pricing to us mislead us to believing we were going to spend half of what we actually spent. I truly regret my experience with this company. Buyers need to be aware!

      We are so sorry to hear of your negative experience with us from last year. We provide a detailed written agreement, clearly outlining products selected, along with terms and conditions, at the time of purchase. We also give a few days for the client to review the content of the agreement prior to moving the project forward. In your case, we revisited you a few weeks after the agreement to gather technical measurements to review the scope of work and the agreement. Other than satisfaction after the installation in January of 2022, we have no other records of any other feedback from you. Would love the opportunity to discuss further to see if we are missing other details and to assure a great experience. Please call our office and ask to speak with the General Manager.
