    After 1 1/2 years of continuous excuses as to what was taking so long, we discovered they didnt even have a permit to start the project!! We had a 6ft steel framed hole that THANK GOD no one got injured from!This company is UNBELIEVABLE! The owners wife was still claiming they had the permit but couldnt provide a copy of it after 2 days! Horrible communication, broken promises and just pathological with the lies!We got lucky and got out before they finished bc we were able to go with another company that fixed the subpar work that would have easily cost us a lot of money to fix after completion! As much as it pains me to have to pay more with the other company its priceless in comparison to continue with Heartland with many more years of frustration. Definitely a BUYER BEWARE company!

    Appt never happened. After the fact I read many similar reviews. I spoke with ***** on the phone several times and wanted to have a working relationship. When it came to the appt. day, no one answered our calls or messages. the staff (2 kids) showed up 5hours late, barged in. **** called very rude with no apologies or businesslike communication about not answering my messages. I tried .
