    Fabulous experience. Excellant customer service. Installation was flawless. Installers very considerate and no mess left behind. Our walk in tub is beautiful and a wonderful addition. Absolutely refer friends and everyone to use this company.

    I cannot believe what I ended up with vs what was promised in my contract and by the salesman. I will be paying for this till the day I die and its my own fault. My only hope is that I win the lottery to pay this off before then. The workmanship is shoddy and my house looks worse now than before. How do I explain to my neighbors that I was robbed and swindled due to my own stupidity? I am ashamed of what I allowed myself to be talked into. for what was spent vs what I got, I could have had my entire home redone twice instead of a section.

    My 92 year old dad saw an add on TV for Jacuzzi tubs which was Alenco and talked to them about removing his tub and putting in a shower. Someone came to see him (I was on vacation) and he signed a contract for a shower for $12,000. He was told it would be half of that. He did not understand that the installation was half price. I should have cancelled the contract when I heard but I didnt do that. His shower is awful looking. It looks so cheap and nothing like the ones on TV. Dad was taken advantage by these people. He was not of sound mind to make this decision. He is now in assisted living. He used it 3 times and complained it was cold. Until my daughter used it, we didnt realized the water was cold bc they didnt set the temperature behind the dial. What a rip off!! Do not use this company!! They took advantage of my father.

    I am really not sure what these other reviews are talking about! I originally read through all of their ****** reviews because they had 500+ customer reviews on there with a 4.4 star! I was a little hesitant after coming here and reading some of these but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I am so glad that I did. The representative who came out to my home was extremely informative and helped me replace my awful windows. Everyone I have spoken to at this company has been friendly and helpful. Do your research, I'd sooner trust 500+ reviews than 11 reviews.

    This place is a fraud. They promise / guarantee one thing then dont keep their promises. I purchased gutter covers a couple years ago and they guaranteed they wouldnt clog, but if they did theyd come out and unclog them. I reached out to them yesterday and get a message today talking about $600 to fix it?! I called the unprofessional lady back and tried to explain I dont need anything replaced, just unclogged as I was told they would do. She starts trying to argue with me and tells me about a laundry list of things I need to do to maintain the covers (more than I would have to do if I didnt have the covers?!). She keeps cutting me off saying thats how it is and something about #7 (I looked at my contract and theres no #7). I would have NEVER gotten these covers if 1) they didnt guarantee they wouldnt clog and if they did theyd come unclog them. The covers cost significantly more than others so thats the ONLY reason I paid the high costs for them. 2) They didnt guarantee a life time warranty.This company is bait and switch! Buyer beware!
