    We contracted CentaPro to paint the exterior of our home. They were very efficient and profession and asked us if they had any questions. They were a great crew to work with. Our home was painted in three days to our satisfaction.

    I am very happy with the Job CertaPro did on our Orange Pine Walls on 3 floors. We went from a cabin to a modern home. The cost was very fair and they finished up in less than 2 weeks.

    The outcome looks good but getting there was tough. Original total costs became different. The sales associate and I went around my home. I pointed out what I knew was wrong. He told me after the painters actually get in there they might find extra work. Well, they never pointed out anything I had to point what I was seeing that was not getting addressed. The project manager was going off from the pictures the sales associate had given him. Things I HAD addressed were not on the “list”… Now they were saying this was going to cost more! $1391.22 more. Orginally, when I went through what I KNEW was needing to get repaired or replaced I was concerned about how much more I might be looking at. I was told on the average “maybe $250. -$280. more. I agreed to that and signed the contract. Never thought this would cause me so much anxiety. I paid the $1391.22 just to get it over. The way I see this is; CertaPro’s right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. The sales associate and the project manager have different pages they are working on. The sales associate didn’t take all the pictures that I pointed out from the get go. So anything not on that list that was in a picture, was considered extra to him. Kim S

    Great communication throughout, with a great end result! We used Certapro the last time we painted, and didnt hesitate to call on them again. They are competitively priced and professional with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
