      If I could If zero stars I would. The store has moved to lee summit Missouri. Sales representative. Tasha has no ability to communicate. My installation was scheduled for today at 8 AM. I had not seen the crew by 1030. I Took time off work for this installation. It’s the only day I could take. The installation crew decided to not work. No one bothered to call me. When I called to speak with Tasha, she just referred me to someone else. I called back and asked to speak with management and was told there are no managers. Later in the day, I was told the manager would be contact me. So far I have not received a call. I requested the order be canceled and I be refunded and was told this is not possible. Basically I have paid thousands of dollars for a product. I’m not getting IAM not able to speak with management I have had to contact the credit card company and file a complaint. They are Carpet pool companies on every corner of the street. Do not use this one as they have very poor communication skills and no customer service.

      On that Monday, we had an ice storm overnight making the roads treacherous. We called all of our customers who had scheduled jobs for that day and asked that we could reschedule. One of our personnel in scheduling was not able to make it in, causing a delay in how fast we were able to make contact. Ms. Lombardo was called after 10:00 AM.  All customers called that day, with the exception of one, listened and understood the hazards of sending installers out to do work that could risk bodily harm or damage to their vehicles, upon which their livelihood depends.

      Bob Bales, was the manager in question, and was in the ER on that same day with an ailment. He called Ms. Lombardo at approximately 9:15 Tuesday morning. It was decided that it was better for us to refund Ms. Lombardo on her financed payment, and we did that on Tuesday.
