    I am a student and I am waiting for my refund. I got notification that my refund was send Wednesday at 7am direct deposit. Here it is the following week and still nothing in my account. They ironically will not speak students and refers them back to the school. The school is saying they will request a trace ach number for the deposit and I still haven’t heard from them. Even on their website it says “getting direct deposits as soon as 1-2 days.” This is unacceptable to make hard working students wait this long not to mention refunds should be sent to the student within 14 days according to the federal student loan program. They aren’t accredited either which is making me worried. Our former program we got our deposits in 1-2 days I know some say up ton5 days well it’s that and still no deposits.

    Since Jinnea included her email - I sent the following directly to her in hopes of getting this resolved: Hi Jinnea, I just received a notice on your better business bureau review. What school do you attend? I'd like to see what's going on with this. There are really 2 steps for your refund: 1. the school releases the funds 2. The 1 - 5 days after that reflect that the federal reserve bank doesn't send funds over a weekend or holidays - so for something like this weekend if the school released funds on Friday - the refund wouldn't arrive Saturday, Sunday, or Monday due to the holiday - but you'd get it on Tuesday.... So, that's why there's a variation listed... in general, if you're getting a refund from the school, it should be delivered the next day... Can you confirm what school you attend so I can reach out to them to confirm they've released funds?

    TouchNet software and support staff are not user friendly. Contacted "Chad" in customer support and he is not helpful and punts back to the 'customer site' for service issues with payment processing error on TouchNet's site, Fix your software and service for system users.

    I attempted to research this issue and I do not see a client in our system listed by the name Clem Fandango or anyone who has the email address that was provided. I do not believe this is a verified experience and would appreciate if this review was taken down. TouchNet values providing a strong client experience and there are many escalation avenues should our clients not receive the support they need, including reaching out to their client success manager or members of our leadership team.
