    I told them my order and to give the specifics, asked to add grilled chicken. There was nothing said afterwards, no complete, no thank you no total no pull forward. I waited for 10+ minutes just repeating hello, can you tell me you heard any of the last of what I said, can you say yes or no? The speaker kept clicking, as a microphone does when it’s connected, and yet they ignored all communication because they didn’t want to deal with the customer. They then decided to have me wait while they proved their microphone works fine and was not cut off or car activated, as I had moved and waited. The employee claimed she said thank you, which I alerted her was NOT spoken through the speaker and was not received, therefore I had no confirmation of anything, or any response stating she HEARD me ask for chicken.
    She proceeded to say if you don’t want the food, then leave, and ignore my statement that their speaker is NOT PRODUCING AUDIO in whatever scenario she was doing, pressed a button or whatever, and was done too soon as SHE WAS NOT HEARD AND THE CUSTOMER DID NOT RECEIVE ANY UPDATE. I appreciate any assistance or reach out that is done with them, as I even explained at the very least I wanted to submit a complaint to have their speaker system reviewed or corrected so that does not occur, in which the employee again stated I can take the food or not.
