"I am new and was told by my insurance that I had an addition benefit which was an OTC over the counter amount of $50 a month to purchase food but that only certain companies I could buy somethings so I looked an found farmboxrx I called and ordered a hispanic box paid $42 and *** told I would receive in 2 to3 days which was August 1st when I became eligible its been 4 days going on 5 and nothing I emailed because its says to email them and someone will get back to me.
