    Ive been working with new era for over a year. At this time I cannot recommend him. I feel he runs a Ponzi scheme where he needs new clients to pay his subcontractors for past projects. He ignores messages, he ignores phone calls, he is riddled with excuses, and he doesnt follow code. Based on the two 5-star reviews, here is what ******* says about them: Based on the information provided, including the fact that the reviews were written on the same day and the presence of a 1-star review alongside the positive reviews, I would lean towards the possibility that the reviews were written by the same writer.RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    We recently needed to have damaged repaired to our home and ****************** LLC came out to assess the damage. We had issues getting our insurance company to communicate with ** regarding our claim. New Era stepped in facilitating our claim. This company is very professional and trustworthy! We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

    I can't say enough about this company. We used them to renovate/update my mother's kitchen. As well as install a new water heater. All of the work was completed ** a timely manner and the finished product was awesome. If you are in need of a general contractor I highly recommend New Era Innovations.
