      False advertising. The experience was not at all that which was advertised. On opening night 11/29/24 my family of 6 traveled 2 1/2 hours for what we were led to believe was a Winter Wonderland.
      Purchased VIP parking. No VIP parking existed.
      Once inside no signs to guide customers-mass confusion
      Snow tubing was questionable as far as safety. Where lanes met floor it was not a gradual transition rather a jarring bump. Employees could not physically keep up providing tubes resulting in long delays.
      No half mile skating trail-a very small cramped area maybe 30 x30.
      I called guest services inquiring about heating stations and was assured fire pits throughout. We saw 2 propane heaters that accommodate 4 people.
      Entire section of stadium bare.
      Saw one pop up bar-5 advertised. Long lines
      No live entertainment
      Saw several people fall on icy floor. Was difficult walking.
      Portable restrooms in a dark location. Could not see once inside. Unsanitary especially with children
      Wandered around trying to find entrance to light path-no signs
      Only found Santa when inquiring what was inside-no signs
      When asked employees indicated event was not complete due to shipping delays
      Employees seemed as frustrated as customers.
      I feel if event was not complete I should have been notified in advance and given a choice of refund or attending on another date.
      Very disappointed!

      Awful experience. Basically a scam. Went 12/26 and they did not have entertainment as advertised. The village was shut down, two food trucks were open, train was shut down. Shame on this company for basically stealing money from people!

      Jingle is scamming people out of their money charging people for stuff they didn't enen have. False advertising. Money grab and will not offer refunds to those who already paid.

      Horrible! Scam! This Magical Christmas event was a nightmare. It was nothing like advertised. I spent $265 for 4 of us to experience this event and nothing was as advertised. There was no *********** trail, just a small, dark corner for skating. The line for the tubes was over 40 min long, so we only got 1 trip down! No light maze, just a bunch of Xmas lights all over the place. It was very unorganized. What a complete waste of money!
