    By far one of the greatest experiences, we've had with delivery. The team were both courteous and professional plus went above and beyond to help with relocating furniture they didn't have to without any argument. I feel NFM should be very grateful to have this delivery service.

    Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the delivery service. Both guys were rude and very unprofessional. Who trains these people? They must hire just anyone. When I called to speak with their manager, the manager was a complete a****** Sounds like they really need new staff. Will not shop at NFM knowing these knuckleheads might be delivering it to me.

    Simlog is a 3rd party contracted to deliver/install furniture from NFM. NFM requires "a safe and clear path for delivery" and I had made sure of that. The delivery of our split king ******************* base on July 5, first required removal of old king ******** and foundation in our solid cherry headboard/footboard. The 13"thick king ******** was leaned up against an armoire and dresser, then the two box springs up against that kind of blocking the door. In the meantime in the living room one new twin ******** was up against the ** stand and the other behind the sofa, thus blocking my clear and safe path. So the guy DID NOT take apart the foundation structure and because there were 3 blockages of my clear and safe path, he nicked the MB door frame at top, put a small hole in the sheetrock, and precariously carried this wobbly foundation thru the living room and out the front door, where he tore the weather stripping. (We moved last August and the movers took apart this foundation at old house and reassembled at the new house so I tried to tell the guy to take it all apart or you might scratch something - maybe he can't take direction from a woman.) All was assembled, however, they left the twin ********es' plastic wrapping saying I had to keep them for a month in case we returned the ********es, and left debris under the bed from unboxing electronic lift controls. After sweeping up the debris and only one plastic fit in the trash can, the next week the other one went to trash. I also had a day bed delivered, brought into the 2nd bedroom, but they could not assemble it because they couldn't find the sack of bolts. They said they would return the next day which would be July 6, but it took until Sunday July 10 to accomplish that-my guests came July 12th. I don't know how Simlog trains for delivery but my mind says take out the old before you bring in the new. Simlog offered a monetory amount, but of course, I have not got the check
