      This company runs an apartment complex in Coldwater, KS. Their upper management has all authority to delay, and or deny any expense repair submitted by their site management. The tenants who rely on this housing complex have concerns about getting needed maintenance done with no foreseeable resolution. The site management can not do anything onsite, even in a time sensitive case without permission, and the site management themselves are only onsite one day per week without a major issue occurring that upper management has been brought into. Trying to contact the site management and or upper management is 80% unsuccessful at best. This management company and their housing areas need official outside inspection on the structural side and fire code side of things to ensure safety is taken into account. They provide tenants with no contact numbers for emergency repairs, such as sewer, electrical, or structural such as damage to complex roof.
