"I do think they are a very good company they have a pole put right against driveway by where I turn into my house and it’s very difficult to pull my truck and trailer in and I need it moved for longer set ups to be able to pull in the pole is really old even though I feel they should cover it because it was there poor judgment on putting a pole where only a car can pull in I still offer to pay for labor they can cover pole and they said no but they would leave the old pole for me like it was supposed to save me money by having it AT&T has two boxes that they said they would move because it’s in the way I am going to have to just hope nothing hits the pole cause I don’t have the money to pay for pole and everything it’s a safety hazard that pole being there and they don’t care and from what I can tell with my attempted act to try to meet them in the middle when I don’t really think I should have to pay anything on it they flat won’t even attempt a middle ground so really doesn’t seem they care about there customers either"
