    My contractor hired KB Construction and Fabrication to pour my finished concrete pad for my new home construction. Kevin was extremely hard to reach at anytime, in fact he would ignore and not return phone calls or messages from my contractor. We were at the point that we discussed hiring a new concrete contractor because of the lack of communication from KBCF. Kevin and his crew had accidentally damaged drain lines and were asked to fix them, after the pour of the pad my plumbers scoped the lines and realized KBCF fixed drain lines with duck tape! Concrete had to be pulled up and drains had to be properly fixed. The concrete poured holds water, is not level, is rough textured in large areas and is cracking in numerous locations eliminating the use of it as flooring. We will have to level and lay down flooring to fix these mistakes. I understand mistakes happen all the time but unfortunately for me Kevin decided to skip out on fixing or finishing out his hired duties. I highly discourage hiring KBCF, they lack communication skills, experience, professionalism. They take your money and leave you with unfinished and unskilled work. And they are doing this to many, many people all around me.
