    Lee D******, owner of RW Stump Removal, failed to provide service per agreement. Mr. D****** misrepresented his business. He said he could cut down our tree, grind the stump, & remove all debris from our property for agreed dollar amount in cash. RW Stump Removal did not grind the stump completely. He instead ground the stump enough to make a lot of saw dust to cover the large stump beneath the saw dust. RW Stump Removal also failed to remove all the debris from our property. Lastly, Lee D******/RW Stump Removal did not pay the tree trimmer for cutting down my tree. The tree trimmer informed me he was not employed by RW Stump Removal and had no association with him until my job.
