    I met with Richard to discuss removal of a large limb over our house. He agreed to a price and a window of time ("next week") to remove it. He did not show up and do the work, as promised. I called several times, but he did not return my calls. Then he ghosted me. This is not the way to do business.

    I do apologize that you feel as if I gosted you. I did say I would try to get out there in a week or so. I had also stated that I would have to check my schedule to see what emergency job we're on the schedule and priority job. I have a long list of people waiting for my services. I do apologize that you feel the need to be put before others. With all due respect there is always a bad apple in the bunch. You should have honestly had that tree removed prior to the construction of the structure. You are my first bad review since founded in 2011. I hate to say this but I don't even wish to provide service to you sir. This is completely ridiculous that you have taken this far. I am a small business owner I struggle every day trying to keep people happy. I am not in the business for the money or I would be a millionaire. I am in the business because I enjoy serving the people and caring for the lords creations. So I will continue to strive with a smile on my face. I can assure you if you be patient with me, when I get your work completed you will be 100% satisfied. I hope you find someone to do that work for you. Especially for the price you had beaten me down to. Anyway best of luck to you. Again I do apologize you are feeling as you do.
